New Class: Move to Improve
This series is designed to get you moving in all planes with rhythmic, energizing patterns. These movements help boost energy, ease stress, improve flexibility, and support the body’s natural balance.
They also stimulate lymphatic function, which promotes detoxification and a greater sense of overall well-being.
The sessions are fun, easy, and invigorating! Each 45-minute class ends with a mindful stretch and relaxation segment, leaving you refreshed and centered.
Class Details: The program includes four, weekly sessions

Time: 6:15 PM (45-minute sessions)
Duration: 4 consecutive weeks (last class on October 28)

What to Bring: A yoga mat, and a willingness to move and improve!
This series is open to all fitness levels—no prior experience is necessary. Come ready to stretch, relax, and enjoy a fun, restorative session!
