Sue Mackenzie, owner of Fitness Meets Wellness, is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant.
She has been working in the fitness industry for more than ten years. Sue trains and motivates clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels.
Her expertise includes everything from youth fitness to senior fitness, basic nutrition, and stress reduction.
As instructor-coordinator for a national senior fitness program, Sue trained, educated, and motivated fitness instructors throughout Massachusetts.
She has presented educational workshops and has provided quality assurance for fitness programs.
Her approach to fitness is to provide safe, effective, and very personal attention to
meet the needs of each client.
Sue works with elite exercisers, as well as those with special needs, post-physical therapy patients, people with back pain and muscle/joint stiffness, and those seeking the stress-reduction benefits of exercise. Linking the essential mind/body elements, she has great success with children and seniors.
She wants to educate her clients and help them on their path to greater health and better
awareness of their own unique strengths.
